　　 由于在工作過程中，做功產(chǎn)生熱量，會使工作水環(huán)發(fā)熱，同時(shí)一部分水和氣體一起被排走，因此，在工作過程中，必須不斷地給泵供水，以冷卻和補(bǔ)充泵內(nèi)消耗的水，滿足泵的工作要求。

　　 當(dāng)泵排出的氣體不再利用時(shí)，在泵排氣一端接有氣水分離器（可自己制作一水箱代替），廢水和所帶的部分水排入氣水分離器后，氣水分離，氣體由排氣管排出，留下的水經(jīng)回水管供至泵內(nèi)繼續(xù)使用。隨著工作時(shí)間的延長，工作水溫度會不斷地升高，這時(shí)需從氣水分離器供水處供給一定的冷水（自來水），以降低工作水的溫度，保證泵能達(dá)到所要求的技術(shù)要求和指標(biāo)。

　　 當(dāng)作為壓縮機(jī)使用時(shí)，泵排氣口接有氣水分離器，氣水混合物進(jìn)入氣水分離器后自動分離，氣體由排氣管輸送到所需系統(tǒng)而工作水經(jīng)過自動溢于開關(guān)放出，壓縮氣體時(shí)，工作水易發(fā)熱，水由泵出口排出，溫度會變得較高，因此在氣水分離器的底部，要不斷地供給冷水，以補(bǔ)充被放走的熱水，同時(shí)起冷卻作用，使工作水溫度不致過高，從而保證壓縮機(jī)性能，達(dá)到技術(shù)指標(biāo)，滿足工藝要求。

　　產(chǎn)品特性：

　　1、吸氣口 連接木工雕刻機(jī)吸附管道，外徑47mm

　　2、除塵罩 （用戶選配）：防止木屑等雜物進(jìn)入泵內(nèi)；

　　3、止回閥 停機(jī)時(shí)，防止泵內(nèi)的水回流到真空臺面內(nèi)；

　　4、進(jìn)水管 向泵內(nèi)注入工作液（水），設(shè)備產(chǎn)生真空；

　　5、進(jìn)水閥門控制工作液的流量，開機(jī)之前必須完全打開閥門，并確保水已經(jīng)進(jìn)入泵內(nèi)，才能啟動真空泵；

　　6、排水口 在設(shè)備使用10天左右，排空水箱內(nèi)的工作液，更換干凈的軟化水；

　　7、排氣口 在吸附過程中產(chǎn)生的氣體，通過排氣口排入大氣，排氣口不可堵塞，不可接超過兩米的管路，不可接直徑低于5cm的管路，否則極易超負(fù)荷，損壞電動機(jī)；

　　8、上水位口 向水箱內(nèi)加水，直到上水位口向外淌水為止，并在每天啟動真空泵前定時(shí)加水，保證水箱內(nèi)有充足的工作液。

　　適用范圍：

　　2、由于旋片式真空泵是用黑色金屬制造，而且比較精密，整個(gè)泵的工作都是與油聯(lián)系在一起的，所以它不適用于抽除含氧過高的、有毒的、有爆炸性的浸蝕黑色金屬的和對真空油起化學(xué)作用的各種氣體，也不可做為壓縮機(jī)和輸送泵使使用。如有氣鎮(zhèn)裝置的泵，可抽除一定量的可凝汽體。

　　3、旋片式真空泵可以用來直接獲得真空度在10-3托以下的真空作業(yè)，以及配合其它真空設(shè)備獲得真空度10-3托以上的真空作用之用。
